Office Hours

In general, the Embassy functions during 0830 to 1300 hrs and 1400 hrs to 1700 hrs. However, Consular Services are rendered only during 0830 - 1200 hrs (acceptance of applications for OCI card, PIO card, Passport and Consular Documents) and 1500 - 1630 hrs (issue of OCI card, PIO card, Passport and Consular Documents).

In general, the Embassy observes Monday to Friday working week. In addition to the weekends, the Embassy remains closed on 17 days each year to mark both Norwegian and Indian holidays. For 2012, these are scheduled to be:
